These terms cover use of the Venderre website. Specific services, fees and timelines are agreed separately in a written proposal or agreement.

2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about our services or request a strategy session. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information or use its content without permission. The site content is general information and is not a binding offer.
3. Services and responsibilities
Services may include campaign strategy, ad setup, creative coordination, campaign management, lead generation and reporting, as described in a separate written agreement. Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approving offers and materials, maintaining access to their advertising accounts, and complying with laws relevant to their own business and communications. Venderre does not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales or revenue; results depend on factors outside our control.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, billing dates, advertising spend, payment terms and any cancellation arrangements are set out in the written proposal or agreement. Unless expressly included there, advertising spend and third-party platform charges are separate from Venderre's service fees. Nothing on this website creates a paid engagement by itself.
5. Communication and bookings
Submitting an enquiry or booking a session does not oblige either party to enter a service agreement. We may contact you to respond to your enquiry or manage a booking. Promotional emails or SMS are subject to applicable consent rules. See the SMS / Messaging Policy for STOP and HELP instructions.
6. Intellectual property and third parties
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Venderre retains rights in its website and original materials. Advertising and booking platforms are run by third parties and may be subject to their own terms. The website may link to third-party services; we are not responsible for their content or availability.
7. Liability and applicable law
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or specific marketing outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any limits of liability for paid services belong in the separate written agreement. Belgian law applies, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
