2. Information we collect

When you contact or book with us, we may receive your name, business name, email, phone number, appointment details, information you share about your business and our correspondence. When you opt in to messages, we may record your consent, its source and time, and your communication preferences. Our website and booking provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser information and usage data, subject to their settings and applicable cookie rules.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange and follow up on sessions, provide contracted marketing services, manage client relationships, keep required business records and protect our website. We rely on steps taken before a contract or performance of a contract, legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and securing our services, legal obligations for required records, and consent where required for marketing or optional messaging. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Service providers and sharing

We may use providers for website hosting, appointment scheduling (GoHighLevel), communications, advertising, analytics or payment processing where relevant. 5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active client relationship or a legal claim. Client and accounting records are kept for the applicable Belgian statutory retention period (generally 7 years where required). Messaging consent and opt-out records are kept while relevant to the communication and for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance. We delete or anonymise data when no longer needed. Provider retention settings may vary.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
